Founded by Kevin Cole, LYL Construction is built on decades of dedication, craftsmanship, and care. Kevin began his career in Dallas, Texas, estimating concrete for multi-story buildings, where he developed a deep understanding of precision, quality, and service. With more than 30 years of experience in the insulation and waterproofing industry, Kevin and his team bring reliability and expertise to every project they undertake.
The name LYL Construction holds a special place in Kevin’s heart. It stands for “Love You, Later,” a phrase his late son often used instead of “goodbye” when hanging up the phone or when it was time to leave after being together. In his mind, “goodbye” was such a final phrase, but he knew there would always be a “later”. When his son passed away at just 21 years old, Kevin chose to name the company in his honor — a lasting reminder that love and connection never truly end. That same spirit of care, integrity, and commitment lives at the core of LYL Construction, guiding every project and every partnership.

Our Services
Caulking at the head of fire rated Walls. This stops the passage of fire and smoke from one room to another for a period of time.
Fluid applied air barrier controls, moisture from coming into the building that comes from the air and allows buildings to breathe.
Applied to foundation walls or conditions that need to remain dry. This prevents water and moisture from entering the building.
Spray Foam insulation is used for better insulation value because it fills the gaps, cracks and crevices in exterior walls.
Insulation is necessary in buildings to complete the thermal envelope. This allows buildings to stay warm or cool depending on the season.
This occurs at the exterior of the buildings to help prevent water intrusion. This can be brick control joints or at dissimilar materials.
