Founded by Kevin Cole, LYL Construction is built on decades of dedication, craftsmanship, and care. Kevin began his career in Dallas, Texas, estimating concrete for multi-story buildings, where he developed a deep understanding of precision, quality, and service. With more than 30 years of experience in the insulation and waterproofing industry, Kevin and his team bring reliability and expertise to every project they undertake.
The name LYL Construction holds a special place in Kevin’s heart. It stands for “Love You, Later,” a phrase his late son often used instead of goodbye when hanging up the phone or when it was time to leave after being together. When his son passed away at just 21 years old, Kevin chose to name the company in his honor — a lasting reminder that love and connection never truly end. That same spirit of care, integrity, and commitment lives at the core of LYL Construction, guiding every project and every partnership.
